Mukto Assembly constituency is one of the 60 constituencies of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Mukto (constituency number 3) is one of the 3 constituencies located in Tawang district. It covers the entire Thingbu and Mukto circles and parts of Tawang and Lumla circles.〔 Number of electorates in 2009 was 6,916 (male 3,340, female 3,576).
